Our client is a regional practice carrying our a variety of civil engineering and construction works in the Northeast for mainly private clients. They require a project QS who can work with a range of contractors and be able to negotiate accounts with them as well as being client facing. You will be from a main contractor or PQS background but be looking for a challenging position.

Project Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor
Location: Newcastle Ref N/East21
Salary negotiable to £30k + benefits
Our client is a main contractor with several offices in the North. Their North East office carries out a wide range of new build and refurbishment contracts with values generally to £20m per project. They require a QS who has the ability to deal with a range of sub-contractors and be able to negotiate accounts without leading to litigation.
