Quantity Surveyor – Private Practice
Location: Bristol
Salary negotiable £22k - £27k + Benefits
Our client is a small PQS with a variety of works throughout the South West consisting of commercial, retail and industrial contracts. They currently require a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in their Bristol office who has a minimum of 4 years experience within either a PQS or contractor background.
Our client is a regional main contractor based in Bristol carrying out a range of building works throughout the South West with values to £5m. They are looking for a project QS who has the ability to sun projects with limited supervision and is comfortable with dealing with sub-contractors and clients. You will have a minimum of 4 years experience and probably a BSc as well.
Our client is a Medium size Private Practice with several office in the South West carrying our a wide range of building works for both public and private clients across the housing, retail & commercial sectors of the industry. They require QS’s at all levels offering good career progression and APC training if required. The minimum requirement is a BSc or two years relevant experience.
Our client is a medium size PQS based in Bournemouth with a variety of works consisting of commercial, retail and industrial contracts. They currently require a Quantity Surveyor to join their team who has a minimum of 4 years experience with a private practice. They have an expanding practice and are looking for a forward thinking individual who is client facing.
